Privacy Statement

This statement explains what information Aim High Educational Consulting LLC collects through aimhighec.com and the College Financial Risk Reports subscription, how it is used, and who it is shared with. Questions: danreust@aimhighec.com.
Information we collect
When you subscribe. Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe under its own terms. We receive your name, email, billing address and business name, plus limited card details such as the card brand and last four digits. We never see or store your full card number. If you subscribe for a firm, we also receive the email addresses you list for the people covered.
When you use the report library. The library runs on Papermark. When you accept the Terms of Use, your name, email address, signature and the date are recorded, and each report view is logged with your email address and a timestamp. Papermark may also record basic technical information, such as browser type, as part of its viewing analytics.
When you email us or visit the website. We keep the emails you send us. The website runs on Squarespace, which uses cookies and collects standard visitor analytics under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
This information is used only to administer subscriptions, enforce the Terms of Use, answer your questions, and meet tax and accounting obligations. The view log is also how refund eligibility is decided (Terms of Use, section 10).
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. It is not shared except with the providers that process payments (Stripe), host the library (Papermark) and run the website (Squarespace), and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose it if required by law.
How we protect it
Card data is handled entirely by Stripe.
Library access is limited to email addresses we have approved, and access is confirmed with a one-time code sent to that address.
Reports carry a watermark with the viewer's email address.
Subscriber records are accessible only to Dan Reust.
No system is perfectly secure, but we use these safeguards to limit risk.
How long we keep it
We keep subscriber and view-log records while your subscription is active and afterward for as long as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing danreust@aimhighec.com. Deleting subscriber records ends access to the library. Some records, such as payment history, may need to be kept for tax purposes.
Changes
We may update this statement. The effective date above shows the current version, and subscribers will be told by email of material changes.
